Creator Workflow Summit Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! You can attend the summit for free with a Free Pass. Each session is available to watch for 24 hours on the day it’s released.

If you want more flexibility, you’ll have the option to upgrade after you register.

The Creator Workflow Summit runs March 2–6.

Each day, you’ll receive a daily email at [6:00] AM PST with:

  • That day’s session schedule
  • Session access links
  • Live chat and panel times

All sessions are accessed inside the Summit Portal.

Once you register, you’ll receive an email with instructions to set your password and log in. The Summit Portal is your home base for:

  • Session videos
  • The daily schedule
  • Live chats and panels
  • The swag bag
  • (And, depending on your pass, additional resources)

That depends on your pass:

  • Free Pass: Each session is available for 24 hours on the day it’s released.
  • Replay Pass: You have lifetime access to all sessions and panel replays, so you can watch on your own schedule.
  • All Access Pass: You also have lifetime access to all sessions and panel replays, plus additional resources like speaker bonuses and the private podcast feed.

If you’re watching on the Free Pass, we recommend focusing on the sessions most relevant to you each day. You can upgrade at any time during the event for more flexibility.

No, and you’re not expected to.

The summit is designed so you can:

  • Pick the sessions that are most relevant to where you are right now
  • Skip anything that doesn’t apply
  • Focus on progress, not completion

Watching a few sessions you actually implement is far more valuable than trying to watch everything.

Free Pass

  • Watch sessions for 24 hours on the day they’re released

Replay Pass

  • Lifetime access to all sessions and panel replays
  • Access to PDF transcripts and cheat sheets
  • Private podcast feed

All Access Pass

  • Everything in the Replay Pass, plus:

  • Lifetime access to all summit content

You can upgrade at any time during the event.

The training sessions are pre-recorded, so you can watch them on your own schedule.

However:

  • Many speakers will be live in the chat for 30 minutes at scheduled times
  • There are also live panel discussions during the event

To have your question answered:

  • Submit it before the speaker’s scheduled live chat time
  • Or submit it before a live panel begins

Questions are answered during the live chat or panel, not via email or direct messages.

You will still be able to watch them and read the comment/chat for however long you have access, however you will not be able to get your questions answered unless you submit them either before or during the live chat or panel.

The swag bag is a collection of free resources and tools shared by the speakers.

You can access the swag bag inside the Summit Portal during the event.

Speaker bonuses are extra tools, templates, and resources shared by speakers to help you implement what they taught.

  • Speaker bonuses are available only to All Access Pass holders
  • Bonuses are accessed inside the Summit Portal under the Speaker Bonuses section
  • Most speaker bonuses are available through September 6, 2026

All sessions include closed captions and transcripts for accessibility.

Downloadable transcripts are available to Replay Pass and All Access Pass holders.
