FREE LIVE WORKSHOP · AUGUST 12 · 1200 PM PACIFIC / 300 PM EASTERN
The System Behind My $40/Month AI Setup: How Claude and ChatGPT Work Together Without Me Repeating Myself
Break up with your $100 AI plan. One tool can’t do it all, but two that actually know your business together can, for less.
If you’ve been using someone else’s custom GPT to get quick answers, you already know AI can help. What you haven’t seen is what it looks like when Claude Cowork and ChatGPT Codex actually know your business: your brand, your products, and how you work. No re-explaining yourself every time you open a new chat. No writing yourself a status update just to remember where you left off.
Save your seat. It’s live, it’s free, and the replay won’t stick around.
Show up live and you’re entered to win a prize. Winner drawn at the end of the workshop.
You’re In the Right Place If…
- You use AI most days, but mostly to ask questions and get answers back.
- You’re paying for one big AI plan and quietly wondering if it’s worth it.
- You’ve used someone else’s custom GPT and thought, this is helpful, but it doesn’t know anything about my business.
- You keep starting over because you can’t remember where you left off.
- You’ve never heard of Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Codex, and you’re a little tired of feeling behind on this stuff.
If that last one is you, come anyway. I define every term as I go, and nothing gets skipped because it seems obvious.
What You’ll Learn
- How to go from blank page to actual content, drafted, scheduled, and promoted, without starting over every time you sit down.
- How to set up a single source of truth so Claude Cowork and ChatGPT Codex both already know your brand, your products, and how your business runs. So when life pulls you away mid-task, you can pick it back up without re-explaining everything.
- How to hand off the follow-up work you keep putting off, like checking in with speakers, contributors, or partners. AI reads your data, catches what’s missing, and drafts the emails so you just review and hit send.
- How to use AI to build and update real assets for you: landing pages, blog post drafts, email sequences, and more.
- What an MCP actually is, in plain English, and how it lets AI take real action in your tools instead of just talking about what it could do.
- Why running two focused AI tools together can cost less than one all-in-one plan and still get you more done.
- The three things every AI-run business needs in place before any of this works, and why none of them depend on which specific tools you use.
What You’ll Walk Away With
- A clear, honest picture of what’s actually possible when Claude and ChatGPT are working from the same information instead of two separate conversations.
- A real look at how I run my own business day to day, including what happens on the days I don’t show up. (Spoiler: nothing falls apart.)
- The three-part framework you can start setting up yourself this week, no matter what database or task tool you’re already using.
- Real, specific examples you can copy: content drafted and scheduled, automated follow-ups, page builds, and tag fixes, all things AI handled so I didn’t have to.
- A clear next step if you’d rather have this fully built out for you than piece it together on your own.

Why I’m the One Teaching This

Hi, I’m Liz.
I’ve spent the last couple of years building AI into the actual operating layer of my business, and teaching other creators how to do the same. I’ve taught sessions at AI Unlocked, AI Exposed, Aligned AI, Creating with AI, AI That Sells, and Unleash AI for Business, and I’m back on stage at Aligned AI and The AI in Action Summit this fall.
The topics I teach: AI-assisted customer support, workflow-first automation, the legal side of creating with AI, turning trainings into AI-supported workbooks, and using systems to keep content, collaborations, and partner follow-up moving without me chasing any of it.
Here’s what makes this different from most AI training: I don’t teach prompts. I teach the operating layer underneath them. Workflow first, AI second. That order is the whole thing, and it’s why my systems keep running when I step away from them.
Everything I’m showing you on August 12 is running in my business right now. Not a demo I built for a slide deck, the thing I actually log into on Monday morning. It has come a remarkably long way in two years, and I’ve reached the point where most of the admin that has to happen just happens, without me. That’s the part I want you to see, because it means I get to spend my time on the work I actually enjoy.
And because I’ve sat through enough trainings that lost the room in the first five minutes: I define every term before I use it. If you leave confused, I did it wrong.
