TWO AI TOOLS. NO INTEGRATION BETWEEN THEM.
Your Two AI Tools Can’t See Each Other. And They Never Will.
So stop trying to connect them. Point them both at the same folder instead.
Claude doesn’t know what you told ChatGPT this morning. ChatGPT has no idea what Claude built yesterday. There’s no integration coming, because these are two companies with no reason to build one.
So we don’t wait for it. We give them a shared folder to read from, and the work carries across anyway.
What that means for you: you explain your business once, in writing, and then you stop explaining it. Both tools show up already knowing who you serve, how you sound, what you sell, and what they’re allowed to do without asking. And every morning, one task tells you the handful of things that genuinely need a human, so nothing sits for a week again.

Two Products. Not Two Tiers.
One of these is right for you. The other one probably isn’t, and I’d rather you know that in the next 30 seconds than after reading 4,000 words.
AI CROSSTALK SYSTEM
For getting AI to actually work in your business.
$497
This is you if:
What changes: you stop re-explaining yourself to a blank chat window. Your AI knows your business because it read the file you wrote once. And instead of a vague sense that you’re behind on something, you get one short list each morning of what’s actually waiting on you.
OPS HUB HQ
For running an operating business without holding it all in your head.
$1,997 $4,800+
This is you if:
What changes: everything above, plus you stop holding the state of your business in your head. Sales, refunds, affiliate payouts, content in production, tickets waiting: it all lives in databases your AI builds and keeps current, in the tools you already use.
Not sure? Read on. The difference gets clearer, and I answer “why would I buy the $497 if the Ops Hub HQ exists” further down without dodging it.
THE MECHANISM
How Two Tools That Can’t Talk Become One System
Crosstalk is the word for signal bleeding between channels that aren’t supposed to hear each other. Which is exactly what this is. Two tools, two companies, no connection between them, and the work carries across anyway.
They can’t talk to each other. So we build the crosstalk.
Three Pieces, That’s It
1. A database holds the truth.
Every piece of work is a record with a status. Not a note in a chat window that disappears when you close the tab. Which means the answer to “where did that land?” stops being a memory test.
2. A task manager answers “what now.”
A database won’t chase you. It sits there being accurate while you forget it exists. One task each morning is the difference between a tidy system and a system that actually moves your work forward.
3. Shared skills live in the folder, not inside a tool.
Same voice, same rules, same guardrails, whichever one you happen to open. You stop getting on-brand work from one tool and something that sounds like a stranger from the other.
The One Rule That Makes This Last
Business logic lives in the folder. Never inside a skill, a prompt, or a saved instruction in a tool.
Change a price, a brand rule, an approval gate: you change the file. Both tools pick it up the next time they read.
The moment a rule lives only in one tool’s memory, you’ve got two systems that agree today and quietly disagree by November. You won’t notice when they diverge. You’ll notice three months later when something goes out with the wrong price on it.
This is also the answer to the question underneath every purchase like this one, which is what happens when the tools change?
You’re not buying a setup that’s pinned to whatever the AI companies are shipping this month. The folder is the asset. Swap either AI, or both, and your business logic, your voice, your rules, and your data are all still sitting right where you left them.
Re-Briefing → Reading → Running
PRODUCT ONE
The AI Crosstalk System
The Problem It Solves
You’re the bottleneck, and you can’t see it.
Nothing is late enough to be urgent, so nothing gets looked at. Then something sits for a week. A customer waiting on a reply. A draft that never went out. A decision somebody asked you for on Tuesday that you fully intended to make.
Meanwhile you’ve got AI in two places that know nothing about each other, and you re-explain your business every single time you open either one. Who you serve. How you sound. What you sell. What it’s allowed to do without asking.
That re-explaining is why AI never feels like leverage. You’re not delegating. You’re onboarding, over and over, forever.
And if you haven’t really started with AI yet, the problem shows up differently but it’s the same problem. You’ve watched everyone talk about how much it’s doing for them, you’ve opened the thing, typed something, gotten back a generic paragraph that could have been about anyone’s business, and quietly closed the tab. That’s not you being bad at AI. That’s a tool with no idea who it’s working for.
What You Get, and What It Does for You
You explain your business once, in writing, and then you’re done.
The discovery interview asks you questions and produces a written profile: your brands, your audience, your voice, your offers, your tools, and exactly what AI may and may not do without checking with you first. Everything else reads this file.
People underestimate this piece. It’s the entire reason the AI stops needing to be briefed, and it’s why the work that comes back sounds like you instead of sounding like AI.
Both tools start from the same place.
The folder setup builds the shared structure they read from, by prompt, in about 10 minutes. Then you connect Claude and Codex to it with the standing instruction that makes them behave as one system rather than two strangers who happen to work for you.
You stop guessing what needs you today.
The Daily Brief gives you one task each morning with everything waiting on your decision, prioritized. Reviews you owe. Customers waiting. Drafts sitting unsent. Questions you haven’t answered. Collected from wherever they live into one list.
No more opening four tools to reconstruct what you were doing. No more low-grade dread that you’ve forgotten something, because if it needed you, it’s on the list.
And miss a day and nothing is lost. Unresolved items roll forward. This is built for real weeks, not perfect ones.

The system tells you where you’re stuck before you notice.
Once a month it reads back what your briefs have been showing you and tells you what to fix. Which decisions keep piling up. Where the same thing waits every single week. Which parts of your business are ready to hand to AI next.
This is the part that gets better the longer you use it. Everything else is organization. This is the part that stops you from being the same kind of stuck a year from now.
Already using these tools? You don’t start over.
The migration path inventories the skills and instructions you’ve got scattered across both tools, shows you what has already drifted between them, and files everything into the folder. Nothing gets deleted. You decide what stays.
Why This Might Be All You Need
One of the people who tested this isn’t an online business owner at all. She’s building a new business that needs an online presence. A Product Ops Hub with 18 tables of financial reconciliation would be useless to her, and we both knew it.
But getting two AI tools working properly together, and getting a daily brief that shows what actually needs her, mattered on its own.
That’s not a consolation prize. That’s a whole product, and this is it. You can buy the Crosstalk System, never upgrade, and be well served for years.
PRODUCT TWO
Ops Hub HQ
Everything in the Crosstalk System, plus the thing that changes when your business has real operational load: you stop holding it all in your head.
Right now you’re the index. Which affiliate promoted what. Whether that refund went through. What’s half-written. Who’s waiting on a reply. It’s all in there somewhere, and the reason you can’t take a proper week off isn’t the work, it’s that nobody else can find anything.
That’s what the databases are for. Not organization for its own sake. Somewhere for your business to live that isn’t your memory.

Nine Database Blueprints. 73 Tables.
What that looks like in practice:
You Only Get the Parts You Need
Here’s the part that surprises people.
You’re not copying my database. You’re not importing someone else’s structure and then spending a weekend deleting the 60% that has nothing to do with you.
Your AI reads a blueprint and builds a fresh system in your own account, from your own profile.
Don’t post to Instagram? That table never gets created. No affiliate program? Those fields don’t appear. The system ends up the size of your business, which means you can actually use it on day one instead of feeling behind on somebody else’s operation.
And nothing is lost. Every blueprint stays in the package permanently. Start a Pinterest strategy in six months, say “add the Pinterest workflow,” and it gets built then. Nothing to buy. Nothing to download. Nothing to dig out of an old email.
You’re not paying for bloat. You’re paying for optionality.
30 Skills Across Four Plugins
Content Ops Hub (18 skills), Pin Ops Hub (seven), Affiliate Copy Engine (two), and Ops Hub HQ Core (three).
These are the difference between an AI that can write and an AI that writes the way you write, with your rules, for your audience, without you editing every line back into your own voice.
Six Workflow Documents
Including project continuity: a nightly pass so either tool can pick up any project the next day without being re-briefed. You come back Monday to a system that remembers where Friday left off.
The AI Customer Support Skill Builder
Built into the course. Answer a few questions and it generates a support skill fitted to your business, your policies, and your voice. Support stops being the thing you do at 10 pm because you were the only one who could do it.
It drafts replies without ever seeing customer private data, and without sending anything on your behalf. First name and topic is the hard ceiling.
Coming in Q4 2026, Included at No Extra Cost
Bundle Ops Hub and Virtual Summit Ops Hub are being finalized now and arrive in Q4 2026. They’re not available today. When they’re ready, everyone who owns Ops Hub HQ gets them, at no additional cost.
I’d rather name a real quarter and be straight with you about it being future than be vague and let you assume it’s in the box.
WHAT YOU’RE ACTUALLY GETTING
Everything Inside Ops Hub HQ, and What Each Piece Sells For
I sell my Ops Hub systems individually. Here’s the whole package priced the way you’d buy it piece by piece, so you can do the comparison yourself instead of taking my word for it.

Coming Q4 2026, Yours at No Extra Cost

“Why Would I Buy AI Crosstalk If the Ops Hub HQ Exists?”
Fair question, and I’d rather answer it than let you talk yourself into the wrong one.
Because they’re for different businesses.
Ops Hub HQ is built for operational load that already exists. Products selling, emails going out, affiliates promoting, tickets arriving, content in production. Nine databases are only useful if you’ve got nine things generating records. If you don’t, they’re nine empty structures making you feel behind, which is the opposite of what you came here for.
The Crosstalk System is built for the thing that’s true whether or not you have that load: your AI doesn’t know your business, your two tools don’t know each other, and you can’t see what’s waiting on you.
If you’re running an operation, HQ earns its price in the Product Ops Hub alone. If you’re not there yet, the Crosstalk System is the whole thing you need, and I’d rather sell you that than sell you 73 tables you’ll never fill.
And if you change your mind later: if you buy the Crosstalk System and your business grows into needing HQ, the $497 you paid comes off the price. Email me and I’ll sort it out.
APPLIES TO BOTH PRODUCTS
What Happens When It Doesn’t Know
The real fear with handing operations to AI isn’t that it’ll do nothing. It’s that it’ll do something confidently wrong on your behalf, and sound completely sure about it. Then you find out in three weeks, from a customer.
So here’s how this is built.
When the AI doesn’t know something during a build, it leaves the field blank and says so.
A blank field is a correct build. An invented one that sounds right is a defect, because nobody is ever going to notice it’s wrong.
That’s the standard. It asks instead of guessing. It flags instead of filling. Which means you can trust the parts it did fill in.
And on the operating side:
You get the leverage without lying awake wondering what it’s doing while you sleep.
How Long Does This Take? That’s Partly Your Call.
I’m not going to give you a number I can’t stand behind, because the honest answer depends on a setting you control.
Both AI tools let you choose how much they check in with you before acting.
Approve every step, and you’re sitting with it while it works. More control, more of your attention.
Let it build, and you paste the prompt and go do something else. It reports back when it’s done.
Neither is wrong. Being cautious is sensible while you’re learning what it does, and most people loosen it once they trust a particular workflow.
What I can tell you: the building is the AI’s job, not yours. A three-table system is roughly half an hour of AI working. How much of your time it takes is a dial you set.
This is work you’d otherwise do by hand over months, if you ever got to it at all. That’s really the comparison. Not “one afternoon versus zero.” One afternoon versus the version of this that’s been on your someday list for two years.
What Else Do You Have to Pay For? And Do I Have to Switch Tools?
Second question first, because it’s the one that actually stops people: no. You keep what you use.
On the AI side, one paid subscription.
Claude Cowork needs a paid plan. The ChatGPT desktop app does not. A paid ChatGPT plan buys you more room, not more capability: higher limits, identical workflows. You can start on one bill.
On the tools side, you build this where you already work.
I run my business in Airtable and ClickUp. But the blueprints describe how the information is structured, not which logo is on it. If you run your business in Notion, the same databases get built in Notion. The setup walks you through connecting the tools you actually use.
One straight answer about Airtable’s free plan.
You can build every table on it. The structure is all there, and you’ll have a real, working system. What the free plan limits is automations. So the parts that sit and run without you are where you’ll hit the ceiling, and that’s when a paid Airtable plan is worth it. Build first, upgrade when you want it running on its own. That order costs you nothing to try.
Why that matters more than the price does.
Most systems you can buy assume you’ll move house to use them. New platform, new subscription, new interface to learn, and three years of records to migrate while your business waits for you to finish.
Nothing here asks that. You’re not paying twice, learning a second way of doing things, or abandoning a setup that mostly works. You’re pointing your AI at the tools that are already open on your screen.
Who This Is For
The AI Crosstalk System Is For You If
Ops Hub HQ Is For You If
Neither One Is For You If
I’d genuinely rather you skip this than buy it and want a refund. At these prices, a refund costs us both more than a lost sale.
Delivery and Support

Why I Built This
I built this because I was the bottleneck in my own business and it took me an embarrassingly long time to see it.
Nothing was ever late. That was the problem. Things just sat. A draft here, a customer question there, a decision somebody needed from me that I fully intended to make. And I had AI in two different tools, both of them useful, neither of them aware that the other one existed, and me re-explaining my business to both of them every single week like it was a normal thing to do.
The fix wasn’t a better prompt. It was giving them somewhere to read from, and giving myself one list each morning of what actually needed me.
I split this into two products for a specific reason. Somebody who tested it doesn’t run an online business, and watching her get real value out of the foundation while having zero use for the databases told me these were two things, not one thing with a discount code.
So take the one that matches the business you actually have today. Not the one that matches the business you’re planning to have.
Done is better than perfect. And a system that runs is better than a system that impresses.
— Liz, Creator Ops Hub

Okay, full disclosure before I dive in – I have been best friends with Liz for more than 30 years and was asked to beta test her newest product before launch. She knows if I don’t like something, I will tell her immediately…What else are friends for! Now, I am an AI novice; I’m NOT a content creator, and I just set up the AI Crosstalk System yesterday, but I have to say this product is FANTASTIC and has already saved me so much time!
As I said, I’m not a content creator; I’m starting a business that needs an online presence, but I’m not going to be selling digital products or doing a lot of social media marketing. My background is in business operations, and I’m a systems girlie at heart. I’ve known that AI could help me save time and mental energy in my backend systems, but I’ve been too overwhelmed to try and figure it out on my own and didn’t have any idea where to start. Having these prompts walk me through creating my AI business profile and make sure that Claude and Codex were pulling from the same information has been a huge step forward!
I already feel more confident using AI for my business now that I know both systems have a full, shared picture of what my business does, my voice, my tools, and what I want it to do and, more importantly, not do! I received my Morning Brief this morning and can already see how it will help me focus on the day’s priorities. The AI Crosstalk System is a great product for any online business owner who, like me, wants to use AI but is nervous, overwhelmed, and doesn’t know where to start!

Well, We’ve Got Answers!
Do I have to switch to Airtable? I use something else.
No. I use Airtable and ClickUp, but the blueprints describe how the information is structured rather than which app it sits in. If you run your business in Notion, the same databases get built in Notion. The setup walks you through connecting the tools you already use.
Can I do this on a free Airtable plan?
You can build every table on the free plan and have a real, working system. Where the free plan runs out is automations, so the parts that run without you are the reason to upgrade. Plenty of people build it first and go paid once they want it running on its own.
I’ve barely used AI. Is this too advanced for me?
It’s arguably more useful if you’re starting fresh, because you won’t have to undo anything. The first thing you do is answer questions about your own business. After that, you’re pasting prompts. If you can describe what you sell and who you sell it to, you can do this.
Won’t this be obsolete the next time the AI tools change?
The folder is the asset, not the tools. Your business logic, your voice, your rules, and your data live in files, not inside one company’s product. Swap either AI, or both, and it still works. That’s exactly what the one rule is for.
I already have a system set up in these tools. Do I start over?
No. The migration prompt inventories the skills and instructions you already have across both tools, shows you what has already drifted between them, and files everything into the folder. Nothing gets deleted. You decide what stays.
How long does setup take?
The AI does the work. How much of your time it takes depends on your approval setting: sit with it and approve every step, or paste the prompt and let it report back. A three-table system is roughly half an hour of AI working.
What if it builds something wrong?
It asks instead of guessing, and leaves fields blank instead of inventing them. A blank field is a correct build.
Which AI do I need? Do I have to pay for both?
One paid subscription. Claude Cowork needs a paid plan; the ChatGPT desktop app doesn’t. A paid ChatGPT plan gets you more room, not more capability.
Is my customer data safe?
First name and topic is the hard ceiling. Customer data never leaves the system it lives in, the AI never sees private customer information, and it never sends anything on your behalf. Every reply is a draft until you send it.
Do the two AI tools connect to each other?
No, and they’re not going to. They both read the same folder. That’s the mechanism, and it’s the reason this keeps working regardless of what either company does next.
Do I get the Q4 2026 additions?
If you own Ops Hub HQ, yes, at no extra cost when they release. Bundle Ops Hub and Virtual Summit Ops Hub are being finalized now and are not available today.
Can I upgrade from the Crosstalk System to Ops Hub HQ later?
Yes. The $497 you paid comes off the price of Ops Hub HQ. Email me when you’re ready.
What’s the refund policy?
Seven days on both products.
Imagine This

It tells you there are four things waiting on you: two drafts to approve, one customer who needs an actual human answer, and a decision you’ve been circling since last week. Nothing else. No inbox archaeology, no scrolling through three tools trying to remember what you were doing.
You handle them. You close the task.
And the rest of it, the parts that don’t need you, already happened.
AI Crosstalk System — $497
Your AI finally knows your business, both tools work from the same folder, and one brief each morning shows you what’s waiting. You stop explaining yourself and start deciding.
